Delivery Across Australia

We deliver Australia-wide and partner with premium express courier services to ensure your vaping products arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping – AUD $15: delivered within 5 business days.
  • Express Shipping – AUD $20: delivered within 3 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $200: orders with a product subtotal of AUD $200 or more receive free standard shipping (delivered within 5 business days). Express delivery stays available on those orders as a AUD $5 upgrade, selectable at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch Window: We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Times: Once dispatched, arrival times will vary depending on your region and location.

Rural Deliveries (RD) & Holidays: Please allow additional transit time for rural addresses. Delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as sales events or public holidays), regional courier network capacities may experience delays, which could further affect delivery timelines.

Strict 18+ Age Verification & Signature Required

All vape deliveries are shipped via 18+ Signature Required courier services, in line with our age verification policy.

ID Verification: The courier driver will ask for a valid photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) to verify you are 18 or older.

No Contactless Drop-offs: Because a physical signature is required, parcels cannot be left unattended, dropped in mailboxes, or left via authority to leave (ATL) at your doorstep.

Lost or Stolen Parcels: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if you arrange an unauthorized delivery method with the courier that bypasses the required signature.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can easily track your parcel live through the online tracking portal provided in your shipment email.
